This has been quite a week for Jonathan and myself! Or has it been two weeks? I honestly can’t remember. I vaguely remember mentioning to Jonathan that I would like to try self-hosting — I was feeling adventurous, and the idea of using plugins really sounded exciting!
Around the same time, we both knew we needed to work on Jonathan’s new website for CucinaBellissima.com — I figured while working on his website, I would learn about plugins, customization, etc. Perfect!
I won’t go into all of the boring details, but let me say: This has been an incredible learning experience in patience! For both Jonathan and myself. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been on “technical chat” in the last week — especially last weekend! I’m sure the technicians are saying of me: Dealing with her (me) has been an incredible learning experience in patience! 😉
It’s not that the technicians tried my patience — they were incredibly supportive, kind and … patient. But working on a website and a blog transfer at the same time has taught me a lot … in patience!
I’m gradually easing into Life Bellissima’s new home — perusing all the plugins, of course! 😉
I apologize for those of you who have been trying to comment on the blog or find my last post, “The Happiness Tag” which didn’t make it over to the new site. I will be re-writing that today — hopefully things will go smoothly!
More and more, I realize what a wonderful group of bloggers I am surrounded by! You are each a blessing, and I appreciate all of your kindness and support! At the end of the day, it was so nice to relax and catch up on all of your lovely blogs!
Welcome to the new Life Bellissima site!
